A Just Reward

For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward…Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward” (Hebrews 2:2, 10:35).

God is a rewarder (Hebrews 11:6). He is not morally neutral or in any way ambivalent about how you live.

There are only two possible paths you can choose in life. Both culminate in God’s eternal and just reward.

The path of transgression and disobedience—regardless of whether you live prior to or after Calvary—will be justly rewarded (Hebrews 2:2) with eternal, inescapable punishment in the fires of Gehenna.

The path of careful, diligent, thorough, and precise obedience will also be justly rewarded (Hebrews 10:35). All on this path will receive “a better and an enduring possession of yourselves in heaven” (Hebrews 10:34).

Perdition or Paradise are your choices.

Perdition and Paradise are each a just reward.
