“For the Scripture says, ‘Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.’ For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him” (Romans 10:11-12).
Unlike some religions, New Testament Christianity has no caste system. There is no differentiation of spiritual blessings determined by race, gender, income, or social status (Galatians 3:28).
“Whoever” is the extreme and terminal end of God’s non-discrimination. His perfect plan is one Lord with one body and every member of that one body has free and equal access to all spiritual blessings.
The riches of God’s manifold grace are freely available to all who call upon Him in compliance with His authorized conditions. Even those who by lawless hands had crucified and put to death the Christ (Acts 2:22-38); even the chief of sinners who was a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man (1 Timothy 1:13-15).
God’s lavish grace is rich to all.
