Any understanding of faith which whittles it to a tiny compartment of your life is woefully inaccurate and unBiblical.
A cursory reading of Hebrews 11 reveals the following ways in which faith in God is to govern your life: worship (v. 4), daily living (v. 5), living with godly fear (v. 7), trusting God’s faithfulness (v. 11), living as a stranger and pilgrim on this earth (v. 13), trusting God during life’s trials (vv. 17-18), when facing death (v. 21), when choosing your values/treasures (vv. 24-26).
Faith is not a box you check off once in your life and then live however you want to thereafter. It is a mindset. It is a determination. It is a comprehensive way of life. It is the lifeblood of your earthly existence.
Without faith it is impossible to live your life wisely and well.
Without faith it is impossible to please God.
