Job was a man of great integrity.
Satan was permitted to wrest from him all his possessions, his ten children, and his health. But, neither Satan, his wife, nor his three friends were able to separate Job from his integrity. He tenaciously held on to his integrity and faith in God.
Vigorously striving to consistently live by high moral and spiritual standards is not a well-worn path, but it is a secure path. Proverbs 10:9 says so: “He who walks with integrity walks securely…”
