The Destination of Humanism

“There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death…There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death” (Proverbs 14:12, 16:25).

An immutable truth about God and His omniscience is: His knowledge of good and evil is complete, holy, and perfect. An immutable truth about you and me is: Our knowledge of good and evil is partial, flawed, and imperfect. Therefore, Solomon does not declare this sobering truth one time in Proverbs, he says it twice: “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.”

Humanism is the evil belief that humans know what is good and best for themselves, far better than Jehovah does. It is a lie, a popular and heinous lie, a destructive and deadly lie. Its ultimate destination is death.

          Every time.
