“Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God” (Hebrews 10:19-21).
Every New Testament child of God enjoys access to God which no Old Testament child of God ever had.
Prior to Jesus’ incarnation, atonement, resurrection, and High Priesthood, no one could enter the holy presence of God with boldness. The throne room of heaven’s palace was inaccessible in that way prior to Calvary.
But now—by the new and living way which Christ opened up/consecrated—there is access to God. It is an unfettered access. There is complete freedom of speech because of the High Priest who is authoritatively over God’s house. God’s promised High Priest of Psalm 110:4 has sat down at His right hand (Psalm 110:1).
His promise has been kept; therefore, we have boldness to enter.
