“For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:7-8).
Jesus said it best when He declared, “Greater love has no man than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends” (John 15:13). Humanly speaking, death is the last full measure of devotion one friend can give anther. Only God can do more.

The cross of Christ is God’s incredible and perpetual demonstration of the width, length, depth, and height of His unfathomable love.
